Within 14 days of buying your item, you may exchange or refund an order from Bethlehem Handcrafts/Holy Land Handcrafts with the original receipt we provide for you at checkout.
You may not return or exchange an item if there is any damage to the item from the buyers cause.
You may only receive a full refund when the problem is on our side (ex. manufacturing damage or wrong products shipped).
If damage is made to the order due to shipping, we will exchange the complete order in that case, but a refund will not be offered.
Bethlehem Handcrafts or Holy Land Handcrafts is not responsible for any damage from shipping an item BACK to us (this includes if the item is lost during shipping).
When you mail an item back, you are completely responsible for covering the price for shipping.
If the item had damage made to it during manufacturing, we will pay for the shipping in the returning process.
Note: We will exchange items purchased from Bethlehem Handcrafts/Holy Land Handcrafts only if the original receipt from checkout is mailed back as well.
We will notify you by email once we have processed the item exchanged.
Mailing Instructions:
1. Please include a copy of the original order email which includes both purchase and contact information.
2. Please mail the item you wish to exchange to the address showing below:

3. Shipping Information: Bethlehem Handcrafts/Holy Land Handcrafts offers $7.99 flat rate shipping. If your purchase is more than $100 total, there will be no flat rate shipping added to the total cost during checkout.
4. This only applies for purchases made within the U.S.A.; purchases made outside of America will all depend on the dimensions and weight of your package. Your order will be shipped By USPS standard shipping which it will take 4-5 business days.We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We will notify you via email about the tracking number. If you do not receive an email regarding shipping confirmation, don’t worry, we will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout.
For purchases made outside of the U.S.A.:
An email will be sent (to the email you provide us) informing you the total price of your purchase depending on the weight and dimensions of your item. All the prices will be in USD.
